I might’ve just caught it at a weird time, but the water flow was slow when I used it. It wasn’t terrible, just weaker than I was expecting

It did stop the small leaks for the most part, so I’ll give it that. But one fitting still needed tightening later, which was kind of annoying. What bothered me more was the lack of any real human contact for questions or support. Everything felt automated, and I just wanted to talk to an actual person for a minute.

It works fine and I don’t really have any major complaints, but personally I expected a bit more for the price. For me, it’s not a bad buy, just not something I’d call an amazing value.

I expected this to be way louder, but nope. The first time it kicked on, I was like, “Oh, that’s it?” No annoying humming or shaking, just a soft little sound while it’s running. It’s right near our kitchen, and most of the time I completely forget it’s even there.

I needed replacement filters for my Nu Aqua system and found the right ones on the site quickly. Shipping was smooth, and they fit exactly like they were supposed to. it was nice not having to search all over or second-guess which filters to buy. I’d definitely recommend it if you want a simple replacement process

The system itself seems fine so far, but the fittings and connectors were a bit of a letdown. They just felt kind of cheap, you know? One connector wouldn’t sit quite right, and I had to keep messing with it just to stop a small leak. For the price, shouldn’t the parts feel a little more solid? Customer service was okay, but in the end I just bought better fittings myself

I was browsing nuaquasystems.com mostly to see what kind of water filter options they had, and overall it was fine. I had a cup of coffee next to me and ended up clicking around longer than I planned, but they did have the main stuff I was looking for, plus some extra parts and accessories.

The only thing is that a few categories felt a little thin. Some products also looked similar at first glance, so I had to slow down and compare the details, which got a bit tedious after a while. Not a huge issue, just something I noticed.

I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience at all, just not super impressive either. If the price was good, I’d still consider ordering from them, but I do wish there were more options to choose from.

I ordered my system from Nu Aqua, and I’ve gotta say... the build quality was better than I expected. The parts feel sturdy, the fittings lined up without any hassle, and nothing seems cheap or flimsy. It’s been running well so far, so I’m happy with it!

I had an issue with my filter housing and reached out to Nu Aqua about the warranty. They got back to me quickly and didn’t make the whole thing a hassle. I just sent over a few pictures and they took care of getting the replacement sorted. it was easier than I thought it would be, definitely better than some other support experiences I’ve had where... Anyway, I’m happy with how it turned out...

The water actually tastes good, and getting everything set up wasn’t too difficult, so I’ll give it credit for that. That part of it has been fine and I don’t really have any complaints there.
The frustrating thing is the filter life. They make it sound like the filters are supposed to last a decent amount of time, but in reality I feel like I’m swapping them out way sooner than expected. We’re not a big household either, so it’s not like we’re putting it through some crazy amount of use.

Maybe it depends on your water quality or usage, but it’s still annoying when the promise doesn’t really match what happens day to day. It’s not a terrible system, but I wish the filters lasted closer to what they advertise. Three stars feels about right.

The box showed up beat up, with flimsy tape and barely any padding inside. A few pieces were loose when I opened it, and it just looked like it had been packed in a hurry.
I’m getting tired of seeing the same issue again with packaging like this. I don’t need anything fancy, but for the price, I expected it to be protected better. Disappointing.

I ordered from nuaquasystems.com and it was kinda a smooth experience overall. The site was easy enough to get around, and I found what I needed without much trouble. Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but everything showed up in decent shape.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the order updates could’ve been a little better. That said, I’m happy with the product so far and would probably order from them again.

I was expecting this filter to hold up for a while, but it only worked properly for about a week. After that, it started leaking and just became frustrating to deal with. Definitely didn’t meet my expectations
